SkyLog(이하 "앱")은 여행·비행 기록 서비스를 제공합니다. 본 방침은 앱 운영자 웨이포인트 코드(Waypoint Code)(이하 "운영자")가 수집·이용·보관·삭제하는 개인정보와 권리에 대해 설명합니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
계정: SkyLog/Firebase 계정 식별자(UID), 로그인 제공자 및 Google 또는 Apple 로그인 시 제공되는 이메일, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진 URL(Firebase Authentication)
비행 기록: 사용자가 입력하거나 자동 조회한 편명, 날짜, 공항, 항공사, 거리 및 관련 정보
여권 프로필 사진(선택): 사용자가 선택한 이미지. 기기에 저장되며 로그인 시 Firebase Storage(클라우드)에 동기화될 수 있음
발자국(선택): GPS를 국가·체류일·도시(수집 시점) 단위로 변환한 방문 기록. 「항상」 위치 허용 시:
Android: 앱 사용 중 약 500m 이동 시, 앱 미실행 시 약 2시간마다(정확한 시각 보장 없음) 및 날짜 변경(자정) 시 위치 1회 수집 시도. GPS·네트워크 실패 시 마지막으로 알던 국가로 체류일을 보충할 수 있음
iOS: 앱 미실행 포함 약 500m 이상 이동·방문 도착(Visit) 시 수집될 수 있으며, 자정 및 약 08·14·22시경(정확한 시각 보장 없음) 백그라운드 갱신을 시도합니다. GPS·네트워크 실패 시 마지막으로 알던 국가로 체류일을 보충할 수 있음
발자국 탭 「지금 갱신」으로 수동 기록 가능
사용자가 추가한 홈 화면·잠금 화면 위젯은 현재 여행·체류일·쉥겐 90/180 요약을 표시할 수 있음(위젯 자체는 위치를 수집하지 않으며, 표시 내용은 기기 잠금 화면 설정에 따라 주변 사람에게 보일 수 있음)
오프라인: 위치 좌표를 앱의 기기 전용 저장공간에 최대 7일간 임시 보관 후, 앱 실행·네트워크 연결 시 국가·체류일로 변환·반영(7일 초과분 자동 삭제). 원시 좌표는 SkyLog의 Firebase 클라우드에 업로드하지 않음
체류일의 핵심은 국가별 방문 일수이며, 도시는 수집 시점 기준으로 기록됩니다.
Google 지도 타임라인 파일(선택): 사용자가 직접 선택한 원본 JSON 파일은 기기에서 읽으며 SkyLog 서버에 업로드하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 발자국 가져오기 과정에서 국가·도시 확인이 필요한 일부 좌표는 기기 운영체제가 제공하는 Apple 또는 Google의 역지오코딩 서비스에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 로그인한 경우 변환된 국가·도시별 일일 기록과 가져오기 정보(기간, 생성 시각, 활성·되돌림 상태)가 Firebase에 동기화될 수 있습니다.
음성 입력(선택): 기기 OS 또는 OS가 선택한 음성 인식 제공자가 변환한 텍스트. 기기·설정·제공자에 따라 네트워크 음성 인식 서비스가 사용될 수 있으며, 운영자 서버는 음성 원본을 수신하거나 저장하지 않음
앱 설정·활동 정보: 발자국 목표 모드, 배지와 획득일, 연속 기록일, 여행자 등급 산정에 사용하는 최고 활동 점수(XP). 기기에 저장되며 일부는 로그인 시 Cloud Firestore에 동기화될 수 있음
구독 정보: SkyLog Plus 상품, 플랫폼, 활성 상태, 만료 시각, 스토어 거래·구매 식별자. 결제 카드 정보는 운영자가 수집하지 않으며 App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리함
고객지원 정보: 이메일로 문의할 때 이용자가 제공한 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 문제 해결에 필요한 계정 정보
광고(무료 이용 시): SkyLog는 Unity LevelPlay를 광고 중개 플랫폼으로 사용하며, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads 및 연결된 광고 수요 파트너를 통해 광고 적용 화면에 배너 광고를 표시하고 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있음. 광고 제공자는 광고 제공·측정·빈도 제한·사기 방지 및 보안을 위해 IP 주소나 네트워크 정보에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보, 기기·앱 식별자 및 플랫폼·사용자 설정에서 허용하는 광고 식별자(Android AAID 등)를 처리할 수 있음. 실제 처리 범위와 광고의 개인 맞춤 여부는 지역·플랫폼·사용자의 동의·거부 선택 및 실제 광고 제공자에 따라 달라질 수 있음. Google UMP는 규제 적용 지역에서 광고 개인정보 선택을 표시·저장하고 동의 신호를 전달하는 동의 관리 도구로 사용되며 광고를 선택하거나 제공하지 않음. 법적으로 사전 동의가 필요한 경우 사용자의 선택이 광고 요청을 허용할 때만 광고 SDK를 초기화함. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으므로 광고 SDK에 사용 가능한 IDFA가 제공되지 않음. SkyLog Plus 구독 중에는 배너·보상형 광고를 표시하지 않음. 보상형 광고 시청으로 받는 24시간 숨김 혜택은 배너 광고에만 적용되며, 자동 조회 추가 등 다른 보상형 광고의 시청 조건을 면제하지 않음. 필요한 경우 설정 > 지원 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있음
3. 권한 및 이용 목적
위치(포그라운드·백그라운드): 발자국 기능(국가·체류일 기록). Android 백그라운드는 시스템 백그라운드 작업(WorkManager)으로 약 2시간마다·날짜 변경 시 샘플을 시도. iOS 백그라운드는 Significant Location Change·Visit·BGAppRefresh(자정 및 약 08·14·22시경, 시각 보장 없음)로 샘플을 시도
배터리 최적화(Android, 선택): 백그라운드 기록 신뢰성을 위해 배터리 최적화 예외 안내를 제공할 수 있음(사용자가 설정에서 선택)
백그라운드 기록 안내(iOS, 선택): 「항상」 위치·백그라운드 앱 새로고침 설정 안내를 제공할 수 있음(사용자가 설정에서 선택)
마이크·음성 인식: 비행 정보 음성 입력(해당 화면에서만). 기기·설정·제공자에 따라 OS가 네트워크 음성 인식 서비스를 사용할 수 있음
사진·파일(선택): 여행 여권 프로필 사진 선택, 여권·연간 리캡 이미지 저장, 사용자가 선택한 비행 기록 파일 및 Google 지도 타임라인 JSON 읽기, 기록 내보내기. 저장·공유한 파일은 사용자가 선택한 앱 또는 저장 위치에 전달됨
인터넷: 로그인·동기화, 비행 자동 조회, 지도
알림(선택): 「알림 받기」를 켜면 여행 기록 재방문 안내·이맘때 비행 추억·연말 리캡이 자동으로 예약됨. 쉥겐 90/180 알림은 별도로 선택할 수 있으며, 발자국 기록을 기준으로 쉥겐 체류 감지·잔여 10·5·1일·90일 도달 시점을 안내함. 모든 알림은 기기 내 데이터로 기기에서 생성·예약되며(서버 푸시 없음), 일반 알림은 예약 당시 현지 시각 기준 22:00~08:00를 피해 예약함. 야간에 감지된 쉥겐 알림은 08:00 이후로 미뤄지며, 쉥겐 안내는 SkyLog 기록에 따른 추정치로 공식 출입국 기록이나 법률 판단을 대신하지 않음
광고(무료): 광고 적용 화면의 배너 광고·보상형 광고. 지원되는 앱 버전에서 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 시청 완료 시점부터 24시간 동안 배너를 숨기거나 자동 조회 3회 혜택을 받을 수 있음. SkyLog Plus 구독 중에는 모든 광고가 표시되지 않음. 세부 조건은 앱 화면에 표시되며, 규제 적용 지역의 광고 개인정보 선택은 설정 > 지원 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 변경 가능
4. 제3자 서비스
Google(Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions 및 Google 로그인), Apple 로그인, Mapbox(지도 — 지도 표시 시 Mapbox가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 지도 이용 및 위치 관련 진단·분석 정보를 처리할 수 있음), 기기 운영체제가 제공하는 Apple 또는 Google의 역지오코딩 서비스(GPS 및 사용자가 선택한 타임라인 파일의 일부 좌표를 국가·도시로 변환), RapidAPI AeroDataBox(사용자가 조회한 편명·날짜와 인터넷 연결에 필요한 IP 주소를 처리할 수 있음), Apple App Store / Google Play(SkyLog Plus 구독 결제·영수증·거래 식별자; 결제 카드 정보는 스토어가 처리), Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads 및 연결된 광고 수요 파트너(무료 이용 시 배너·보상형 광고의 중개·제공·측정·빈도 제한·사기 방지 및 보안 — Unity 앱 사용자 개인정보처리방침과 실제 광고 제공자의 정책이 적용됨), Google UMP(규제 적용 지역의 광고 개인정보 선택 표시·저장 및 동의 신호 전달에 사용하는 동의 관리 도구 — 광고 제공에는 사용하지 않으며 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됨)를 이용합니다. 운영자는 관련 약관과 법령에 따라 제3자 서비스가 본 방침에 부합하는 수준으로 개인정보를 보호하도록 요구하며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 보관 및 동기화
비행 기록, 국가·도시·체류일로 변환된 발자국 기록, 발자국 목표 모드, 여권 프로필, 앱 설정 일부 및 배지·활동 정보는 앱의 기기 전용 저장공간에 저장되며 로그인 시 Firebase에 동기화될 수 있습니다. 발자국 추적 중 오프라인으로 수집된 원시 위치 좌표는 역지오코딩 전까지 기기에만 최대 7일간 보관되고 SkyLog의 Firebase에는 업로드되지 않습니다. 좌표는 기기 운영체제의 역지오코딩 서비스에 의해 국가·도시·체류일 기록으로 변환될 수 있으며, 7일이 지난 원시 좌표는 자동 삭제됩니다. 사용자가 선택한 Google 지도 타임라인 원본 파일은 처리 후 앱에 보관되지 않고, 원본 파일과 좌표도 Firebase에 동기화되지 않습니다. 발자국으로 가져온 국가·도시별 일일 기록과 가져오기 정보(기간, 생성 시각, 활성·되돌림 상태)만 동기화될 수 있습니다. 이전 버전이나 테스트 기능에서 생성된 계정별 기기 전용 이용 상태가 남아 있을 수 있으며, Firebase에는 동기화되지 않고 계정 삭제 시 해당 계정의 상태도 삭제됩니다. 앱이 비정상 종료되면 임시 파일이 기기의 임시 저장공간에 남을 수 있으며, 운영체제 정책에 따라 정리됩니다. 필요한 경우 기기에서 지원하는 앱 데이터 삭제 기능을 사용하거나 앱을 제거해 정리할 수 있습니다. 안전한 계정 전환과 미동기화 기록 보존을 위해 로그아웃 후에도 계정별 로컬 사본이 앱 전용 저장공간에 남을 수 있으며, 데이터 초기화·계정 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다. 이용자가 저장·공유한 파일은 선택한 앱·저장 위치의 정책에 따릅니다.
6. 보관 기간 및 삭제
계정과 클라우드 동기화 데이터는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관됩니다. 설정 > 계정 > 계정 및 데이터 삭제로 삭제를 요청하면 계정 접근을 즉시 차단하고 해당 기기의 데이터 삭제 처리를 시작하며, 클라우드 데이터 삭제는 백그라운드에서 일반적으로 24시간 이내 완료됩니다. 서비스 장애로 완료가 지연될 수 있으며 서버가 자동으로 재시도합니다. 삭제 직전 요청이 데이터를 다시 만드는 것을 막기 위해 삭제 완료 후 계정 UID, 삭제 상태, 처리 시각 및 재시도·요청 식별을 위한 최소 기술 정보를 약 48시간 보관한 뒤 자동 삭제합니다. 고객지원 기록이나 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 문제 해결 또는 법정 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제만으로 SkyLog Plus 구독이 자동 해지되지 않으며, Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 설정에서 별도로 해지해야 합니다. 데이터만 삭제하고 계정을 유지하는 방법은 계정·데이터 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
7. 이용자 권리
발자국 추적 중지, 로그아웃, 데이터 초기화, 계정 삭제를 할 수 있습니다. 규제 적용 지역에서는 설정 > 지원 > 광고 개인정보 설정을 통해 광고 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 문의: skylog486@gmail.com

9. 방침 변경
법령 또는 앱 기능의 변경에 따라 본 방침을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 안에서 안내합니다.
SkyLog ("the App") is a travel and flight journal. This policy explains what personal data Waypoint Code ("we", the operator) collects, how and why we use, store, and delete it, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.
2. Data we collect
Account: SkyLog/Firebase account identifier (UID), sign-in provider, and the email address, display name, and profile photo URL provided through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (when available; Firebase Authentication)
Flights: flight number, date, airports, airline, distance, and related fields you enter or auto-fill
Optional travel passport profile photo you choose (stored on device; may sync to Firebase Storage when signed in)
Optional footprints from GPS (country, stay days, city at sample time). With "Always" location:
Android: ~500 m moves while the app runs; about every 2 hours (not exact timing) and on date change when the app is not open. If GPS/network fails, the last known country may be used to keep stay days up to date
iOS: significant moves (~500 m) and visit arrivals, including in the background; background refresh attempts around local midnight and about 8:00, 14:00, and 22:00 (not exact timing). If GPS/network fails, the last known country may be used to keep stay days up to date

Home- and lock-screen widgets you add may show current journey, stay-day, and Schengen 90/180 summaries. Widgets do not collect location themselves, but their content may be visible to people nearby depending on your lock-screen settings
Offline: coordinates may be stored in the App's private on-device storage for up to 7 days, then converted when you open the App while connected to the internet (older entries deleted). Raw coordinates are not uploaded to SkyLog's Firebase cloud
SkyLog primarily counts days spent in each country; city records reflect sampled locations, not every route stop.
Google Maps Timeline file (optional): a JSON file you explicitly select is read and processed on your device. SkyLog does not upload the original file to SkyLog servers or store its original coordinates there. For Footprints import, coordinates that require a country or city lookup may be processed by the Apple or Google geocoding service provided by your device's operating system. Converted country/city day records and import metadata (date range, creation time, and active or undone status) may sync to Firebase while you are signed in.
Optional voice-to-text processed by the device OS or its speech-recognition provider. Depending on the device, settings, and provider, a network speech-recognition service may be used. Our servers do not receive or store raw audio
App preferences and achievement progress (footprint goal mode, badges, badge dates, streaks, and peak activity XP), stored on device and partly synced to Cloud Firestore when signed in
Subscription information: SkyLog Plus product, platform, status, expiration, and store transaction or purchase identifiers. We do not collect payment-card details; the App Store or Google Play processes them
Support information: your email address, message, and account details you choose to provide when requesting support
Ads (free tier): SkyLog uses Unity LevelPlay as its advertising mediation platform and may serve banner ads on eligible screens and rewarded ads through ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and connected advertising demand partners. Ad providers may process approximate location inferred from an IP address or network information, app and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, device or app identifiers, and advertising identifiers permitted by the platform and user settings (such as Android AAID) for ad delivery and measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and security. The actual processing and whether ads are personalized may vary by region, platform, your consent or opt-out choices, and the provider that serves an ad. Google UMP is used as a consent-management tool to present and store advertising privacy choices and communicate consent signals in regulated regions; it does not select or serve ads. Where prior consent is legally required, the advertising SDK is initialized only when your choice allows ads to be requested. On iOS, SkyLog does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, so advertising SDKs are not provided a usable IDFA. No banner or rewarded ads are shown while SkyLog Plus is active. A rewarded 24-hour hide benefit applies only to banner ads and does not waive other rewarded-ad flows, such as additional auto-lookups. Where available, you can change your choice in Settings > Support > Ad privacy choices
3. Permissions
Location (foreground & background), optional microphone/speech, optional photos/files, notifications, and internet. Photos/files are used only when you choose a passport profile photo; save a passport/recap image; read a flight file or Google Maps Timeline JSON you select; or export/share data. Saved or shared files go only to the app or storage location you choose. Speech recognition is handled by the device OS or its provider and may use a network service depending on the device, settings, and provider. On Android, system background work (WorkManager) attempts periodic (~2 h, not exact timing) and date-change footprint samples while tracking is on; we may optionally guide you to exempt the App from battery optimization. On iOS, Significant Location Change, Visit monitoring, and BGAppRefresh (midnight and about 8:00, 14:00, 22:00 — not exact timing) attempt samples; we may optionally guide you to enable Always location and Background App Refresh. When Notifications is enabled, occasional travel check-ins, flight memories, and the year-end recap are scheduled automatically. Schengen 90/180 alerts can be controlled separately and use Footprint records to notify you of a detected Schengen stay, 10, 5, or 1 day remaining, and reaching 90 recorded days. All notifications are generated and scheduled on-device from on-device data — no server push. General notifications are scheduled outside 22:00–08:00 based on local time when scheduled; Schengen events detected overnight are deferred until after 08:00. Schengen alerts are estimates based on SkyLog records and do not replace official immigration records or legal advice. In supported App versions, completing a rewarded ad may hide banner ads for 24 hours from completion or grant 3 auto-lookups. Plus subscribers do not see ads. Availability and other conditions are shown in the App.
4. Third-party services
We use Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Google Sign-In; Sign in with Apple; Mapbox for maps (Mapbox may process map-usage and location-related diagnostic or analytics information under its own privacy policy); the Apple or Google geocoding service provided by the device's operating system to convert GPS coordinates and selected coordinates from a Timeline import into a country and city; RapidAPI AeroDataBox for flight auto-lookup (it may process the flight number and date you request and the IP address needed for the connection); Apple App Store and Google Play for SkyLog Plus billing, receipts, and transaction identifiers; Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and connected advertising demand partners to mediate, serve, and measure free-tier banner and rewarded ads, apply frequency caps, and support security and fraud prevention (the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and the actual ad provider's policy apply); and Google UMP as a consent-management tool to present and store advertising privacy choices and communicate consent signals in regulated regions (it is not used to serve ads, and the Google Privacy Policy applies). We require third-party providers, under applicable terms and law, to protect personal data consistently with this policy. We do not sell personal data.
5. Storage and sync
Flights; footprint records converted into country, city, and stay days; footprint goal mode; passport profile; some app settings; and achievement progress are stored in the App's private on-device storage and may sync to Firebase while you are signed in. Raw offline location coordinates are kept only on-device for up to 7 days before reverse geocoding and are not uploaded to SkyLog's Firebase. The device OS geocoding service may process them to produce country/city records, and coordinates older than 7 days are deleted automatically. A selected Google Maps Timeline file is not retained by the App after processing, and neither the original file nor its coordinates are synced to Firebase. Only converted country/city day records and import metadata (date range, creation time, and active or undone status) may sync. Account-scoped usage state created by earlier versions or test features may remain only on-device; it is not synced to Firebase and is removed for that account when the account is deleted. Temporary files left after an unexpected exit may remain in on-device temporary storage until the operating system removes them. You can remove these files by clearing app data where supported or uninstalling the App. To preserve unsynced changes and switch accounts safely, account-scoped local copies may remain in private app storage after sign-out; you can remove them by resetting data, deleting the account, or uninstalling the App. Files you save or share are governed by the destination you choose.
6. Retention and deletion
Your account and synced cloud data are retained while your account remains active. When an account-deletion request is accepted under Settings > Account > Delete account, access is blocked immediately, deletion begins on that device, and cloud deletion normally finishes in the background within 24 hours. Service disruptions may delay completion, and the server retries automatically. To prevent requests already in flight from recreating data, a technical protection record containing the account UID, deletion status, processing timestamps, and minimal retry and request identifiers is kept for about 48 hours after deletion completes and is then removed automatically. Support correspondence and information required by law may be retained only as needed or for the required period. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active SkyLog Plus subscription; cancel it in the applicable store's subscription settings. 7. Your rights
You may stop footprint tracking, sign out, reset data, or delete your account at any time. In regulated regions, you can change advertising choices in Settings > Support > Ad privacy choices. Contact: skylog486@gmail.com
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect information from children in that age group.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or the App's features. We will notify you in the App of material changes.
