1. 개요

Sky Log(이하 "앱")은 여행·비행 기록 서비스를 제공합니다. 본 방침은 앱 운영자 웨이포인트 코드(Waypoint Code)(이하 "운영자")가 수집·이용·보관·삭제하는 개인정보와 권리에 대해 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

• 계정: Google 또는 Apple 로그인 시 이메일, 표시 이름(제공 시), 프로필 사진 URL(제공 시)
• 비행 기록: 편명, 날짜, 공항·항공사·거리 등
• 여권 프로필 사진(선택): 사용자가 선택한 이미지. 기기에 저장되며 로그인 시 Firebase Storage(클라우드)에 동기화될 수 있음
• 발자국(선택): GPS를 국가·체류일·도시(수집 시점) 단위로 변환한 방문 기록. 「항상」 위치 허용 시:
  • Android: 앱 사용 중 약 500m 이동 시, 앱 미실행 시 약 2시간마다(정확한 시각 보장 없음) 및 날짜 변경(자정) 시 위치 1회 수집 시도. GPS·네트워크 실패 시 마지막으로 알던 국가로 체류일을 보충할 수 있음
  • iOS: 앱 미실행 포함 약 500m 이상 이동·방문 도착(Visit) 시 수집될 수 있으며, 자정 및 약 08·14·22시경(정확한 시각 보장 없음) 백그라운드 갱신을 시도합니다. GPS·네트워크 실패 시 마지막으로 알던 국가로 체류일을 보충할 수 있음
  • 발자국 탭 「지금 갱신」으로 수동 기록 가능
  • 홈 화면 위젯은 체류 요약 표시(위젯 자체는 위치를 수집하지 않음)
  • 오프라인: 위치 좌표를 기기에 최대 7일간 임시 보관 후, 앱 실행·네트워크 연결 시 국가·체류일로 변환·반영(7일 초과분 자동 삭제)
  체류일의 핵심은 국가별 방문 일수이며, 도시는 수집 시점 기준으로 기록됩니다.
• 음성 입력(선택): 기기 OS 음성 인식으로 변환된 텍스트(음성 원본은 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않음)
• 앱 설정·게임 진행 정보: 배지, 배지 획득일, 연속 출석, 여행자 등급 최고 활동 XP. 기기에 저장되며 로그인 시 Cloud Firestore에 동기화될 수 있음
• 광고(무료 이용 시): Google AdMob이 배너·보상형 광고 제공 시 광고 ID 등 기기 식별자를 수집할 수 있음. SkyLog Plus 구독 또는 보상형 광고 시청으로 배너가 숨겨진 기간에는 하단 배너 광고를 표시하지 않음. 규제 적용 지역에서는 Google UMP를 통해 광고 동의·거부 선택을 처리하며, 필요한 경우 설정 > 지원 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있음

3. 권한 및 이용 목적

• 위치(포그라운드·백그라운드): 발자국 기능(국가·체류일 기록). Android 백그라운드는 시스템 백그라운드 작업(WorkManager)으로 약 2시간마다·날짜 변경 시 샘플을 시도. iOS 백그라운드는 Significant Location Change·Visit·BGAppRefresh(자정 및 약 08·14·22시경, 시각 보장 없음)로 샘플을 시도
• 배터리 최적화(Android, 선택): 백그라운드 기록 신뢰성을 위해 배터리 최적화 예외 안내를 제공할 수 있음(사용자가 설정에서 선택)
• 백그라운드 기록 안내(iOS, 선택): 「항상」 위치·백그라운드 앱 새로고침 설정 안내를 제공할 수 있음(사용자가 설정에서 선택)
• 마이크·음성 인식: 비행 정보 음성 입력(해당 화면에서만)
• 인터넷: 로그인·동기화, 비행 자동 조회, 지도
• 알림(선택): 이맘때 비행 추억·기록 리마인더·쉥겐 90/180 경고·연말 리캡. 모든 알림은 기기 내 데이터로 기기에서 생성·예약되며(서버 푸시 없음), 설정에서 카테고리별 켜기/끄기와 야간 방해 금지 시간을 지정할 수 있음
• 광고(무료): 하단 배너·보상형 광고(동영상 시청 시 오늘 하루 배너 숨김). Plus 구독 시 배너 미표시

4. 제3자 서비스

Google(Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage), Mapbox(지도 — 지도 표시 시 Mapbox가 자체 개인정보 정책에 따라 사용 데이터를 수집할 수 있음), RapidAPI AeroDataBox(비행 자동 조회), Apple App Store / Google Play(SkyLog Plus 구독 결제·영수증; 결제 정보는 스토어가 처리), Google AdMob(무료 이용 시 배너·보상형 광고). 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

5. 보관·삭제

로그인 시 Firebase에 동기화될 수 있습니다. 발자국 추적 중 오프라인으로 수집된 위치 좌표는 역지오코딩 전까지 기기에 최대 7일간 보관되며, 앱을 실행하고 인터넷이 연결되면 국가·체류일로 변환합니다. 7일이 지난 좌표는 자동 삭제됩니다. 설정 > 계정 삭제 및 탈퇴로 삭제를 요청하면 계정 접근이 즉시 종료되고 기기 데이터가 지워지며, 클라우드 데이터 삭제는 백그라운드에서 일반적으로 24시간 이내 완료됩니다(서비스 장애 시 더 걸릴 수 있음). 계정 삭제만으로 SkyLog Plus 구독이 자동 해지되지 않으며, Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 설정에서 별도로 해지해야 합니다. 데이터만 삭제(계정 유지) 방법은 계정·데이터 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

6. 이용자 권리

발자국 추적 중지, 로그아웃, 데이터 초기화, 계정 삭제를 할 수 있습니다. 규제 적용 지역에서는 설정 > 지원 > 광고 개인정보 설정을 통해 광고 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 문의: skylog486@gmail.com

1. Overview

Sky Log ("the App") is a travel and flight journal. This policy explains what personal data Waypoint Code ("we", the operator) collects, uses, stores, and deletes, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Account info via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (when provided)
• Flight records you enter or auto-fill
• Optional travel passport profile photo you choose (stored on device; may sync to Firebase Storage when signed in)
• Optional footprints from GPS (country, stay days, city at sample time). With "Always" location:
  • Android: ~500 m moves while the app runs; about every 2 hours (not exact timing) and on date change when the app is not open. If GPS/network fails, the last known country may be used to keep stay days up to date
  • iOS: significant moves (~500 m) and visit arrivals, including in the background; background refresh attempts around local midnight and about 8:00, 14:00, and 22:00 (not exact timing). If GPS/network fails, the last known country may be used to keep stay days up to date

  • Home-screen widgets show stay summaries (widgets do not collect location)

• Optional voice-to-text on device (no raw audio sent to our servers)
• App preferences and gamification progress (badges, badge dates, streaks, and peak activity XP), stored on device and optionally synced to Cloud Firestore when signed in
• Ads (free tier): Google AdMob may collect advertising IDs when serving banner/rewarded ads. No bottom banner while Plus is active or during a rewarded ad-free period for the rest of today. In regulated regions, Google UMP processes advertising consent or opt-out choices; where required, you can change your choice in Settings > Support > Ad privacy choices

3. Permissions

Location (foreground & background), optional microphone/speech, internet. On Android, system background work (WorkManager) attempts periodic (~2 h, not exact timing) and date-change footprint samples while tracking is on; we may optionally guide you to exempt the App from battery optimization. On iOS, Significant Location Change, Visit monitoring, and BGAppRefresh (midnight and about 8:00, 14:00, 22:00 — not exact timing) attempt samples; we may optionally guide you to enable Always location and Background App Refresh. Optional notifications (flight memories, record reminders, Schengen 90/180 warnings, year-end recap) are generated and scheduled on your device from on-device data — no server push; each category and quiet hours can be configured in Settings. Free tier: bottom banner and rewarded ads (watch to hide banner for the rest of today). Plus removes banner ads.

4. Third parties

Google (Firebase), Mapbox (maps; Mapbox may collect usage data under its own privacy policy), RapidAPI AeroDataBox, Apple App Store / Google Play (SkyLog Plus billing), Google AdMob (ads on free tier). We do not sell personal data.

5. Deletion

While footprint tracking is on, location coordinates collected offline may be kept on-device for up to 7 days before reverse geocoding; they are converted when you open the App with internet. Coordinates older than 7 days are deleted automatically. When you request account deletion in Settings, account access ends immediately, on-device data is cleared, and cloud deletion normally finishes in the background within 24 hours (service disruptions may take longer). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active SkyLog Plus subscription — cancel in your store subscription settings. 6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14.
