1. 동의

앱을 이용하면 본 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 합니다.

2. 서비스

비행 일지, 발자국 기록, 통계·배지, 지도, 비행 자동 조회(월 한도), 홈 화면 위젯(체류 요약) 등을 제공합니다. 무료 이용 시 하단 배너 광고가 표시될 수 있으며, 보상형 광고 시청으로 오늘 하루 동안 배너를 숨길 수 있습니다.

3. 계정

Android에서는 Google로, iOS에서는 Google 또는 Apple로 로그인할 수 있습니다.

4. 위치·발자국

선택 기능입니다. 「항상」 위치 허용 시:

• Android: 앱 미실행 중 약 2시간마다(정확한 시각 보장 없음)·날짜 변경(자정) 시 위치 1회 수집 시도; 앱 사용 중 약 500m 이동 시에도 수집될 수 있음. GPS·네트워크 실패 시 마지막으로 알던 국가로 체류일을 보충할 수 있음
• iOS: 약 500m 이상 이동·방문 도착(Visit) 시 백그라운드 포함 수집될 수 있으며, 자정 및 약 08·14·22시경(정확한 시각 보장 없음) 백그라운드 갱신을 시도합니다. GPS·네트워크 실패 시 마지막으로 알던 국가로 체류일을 보충할 수 있음
• 국가·체류일이 핵심이며, 도시는 수집 시점 기준(모든 경유지 자동 기록 아님)
• 「지금 갱신」으로 수동 기록 가능. 언제든 추적 중지·권한 철회 가능

GPS·배터리 절전·저전력 모드·국경·통신 환경·OS 정책에 따라 기록이 부정확하거나 지연될 수 있습니다.

5. 음성 입력

마이크·음성 인식은 비행 입력 화면에서만 사용되며, OS가 처리합니다. 운영자는 음성 파일을 저장하지 않습니다.

6. 자동 조회

제3자 항공 데이터에 의존하며 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 무료 이용 시 월 30회 조회 한도가 적용되며, SkyLog Plus 구독 시 월 300회까지 제공됩니다.

7. SkyLog Plus 구독

SkyLog Plus는 선택 유료 구독입니다. 결제·자동 갱신·해지·환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 정책 및 해당 스토어 설정을 따릅니다. SkyLog Plus 혜택은 구매 또는 복원 시점에 로그인되어 있던 Sky Log 계정에 귀속됩니다. 하나의 스토어 구독은 동시에 하나의 Sky Log 계정에만 연결될 수 있으며, 다른 계정으로 로그인한 상태에서는 해당 구독의 혜택이 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 구독 혜택(자동 조회 월 300회, 하단 배너 광고 제거, 데이터보내기, 프리미엄 테마, 연간 리캡, 상세 통계 등)은 앱 내 안내에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 기본 비행 기록·발자국·동기화는 구독 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.

8. 계정 삭제 및 탈퇴

설정에서 계정 삭제 및 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청이 접수되면 계정 접근이 즉시 종료되고 기기 데이터가 지워지며, 클라우드 데이터 삭제는 백그라운드에서 진행됩니다. 복구할 수 없으므로 자세한 절차는 계정·데이터 삭제 안내를 확인하세요.

9. 사업자 정보

Sky Log 및 SkyLog Plus 유료 서비스는 아래 사업자가 제공합니다(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률).

1. Agreement

By using Sky Log you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

Flight journaling, optional footprints, stats/badges, maps, auto-lookup (monthly limit on free tier), optional SkyLog Plus subscription, and home-screen widgets. The free tier may show a bottom banner ad; you may watch a rewarded ad to hide the banner for the rest of today.

3. Account

You can sign in with Google, or with Google or Apple on iOS.

4. Location & footprints

Optional. With "Always" location:

• Android: about every 2 hours (not exact timing) and on date change when the app is closed; ~500 m moves while the app runs. Last known country may be used if GPS/network fails
• iOS: significant moves (~500 m) and visit arrivals in the background; background refresh attempts around local midnight and about 8:00, 14:00, and 22:00 (not exact timing). Last known country may be used if GPS/network fails
• Country stay days are primary; cities reflect sample points
• Manual Refresh now; you may stop tracking anytime

Accuracy depends on GPS, battery/low-power settings, borders, connectivity, and OS policies. Records may be inaccurate or delayed.

5. Voice input

Optional on-device speech for flight input only.

6. Auto-lookup

Third-party aviation data without guaranteed accuracy. Free users have a monthly limit of 30 auto-lookups; SkyLog Plus raises the limit to 300 per month.

7. SkyLog Plus subscription

Optional paid subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play (auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds per store policies). Plus benefits are tied to the Sky Log account signed in at the time of purchase or restore. A single store subscription can be linked to only one Sky Log account at a time; benefits may be unavailable while signed in to a different account. Benefits include 300 auto-lookups/month, ad-free bottom banner, export, premium themes, year recap, and detailed stats, and may change as described in the App. Core journaling and footprints remain free.

8. Account deletion

You may request account deletion in Settings. Once accepted, account access ends immediately, on-device data is cleared, and cloud deletion continues in the background. Deletion is irreversible; see account & data deletion.
