These Terms apply to WAPI’s Minesweeper (“App”), provided by Waypoint Code (“Developer”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Store terms and license

The App is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. For an App obtained on iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent applicable. For an App obtained through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service and related policies apply. Mandatory store terms control if they conflict with these Terms.

2. Gameplay and virtual items

The App provides puzzles, progress, stars, Travel Coins, hints, cosmetics, and records. In-game items are not cash or real property, have no monetary value outside the App, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged. Balance, rewards, stages, and features may change for reasonable operational needs.

3. Purchases, restoration, and refunds

Remove Ads and purchased music are non-consumable in-app products, not subscriptions. Prices and payments are displayed and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Entitlements restore only within the platform account used to purchase them and do not transfer between iOS and Android. Cancellations and refunds follow the purchasing store’s policies. An entitlement may be revoked after a refund, cancellation, or fraudulent transaction.

4. Advertising and optional services

Free use may include banners, optional rewarded ads, and limited result-transition ads. The scope of Remove Ads and optional reward features follows the descriptions in the App and support page. Platform features such as iCloud, Game Center, Google Play Games, and Saved Games may require internet access, a supported account, and acceptance of the provider’s terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Manipulating or fraudulently using the App, servers, ads, purchases, saves, leaderboards, or achievements
  • Reverse engineering, extracting source code, or bypassing technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it
  • Copying, redistributing, selling, or commercially using the App or Wapi images, music, marks, or content without permission
  • Interfering with another user’s, platform’s, or service’s normal operation

6. Intellectual property

The App, code, game design, Wapi character, images, music, text, trademarks, and other content belong to the Developer or their lawful owners. These Terms transfer no rights beyond the express license to use the App.

7. Changes and availability

The Developer may modify or discontinue features or support for security, legal, platform-policy, maintenance, or operational reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where practical, but platform failures, network outages, force majeure, or third-party changes may temporarily make features unavailable.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The Developer’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability under the laws of the user’s country or region.

9. Changes to these Terms and contact

These Terms may be updated for changes to features, laws, or store policies. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date and, where necessary, providing notice in the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
