자주 묻는 질문

발자국이 자동으로 기록되지 않아요 — 설정 > Sky Log > 위치에서 「항상」을 허용하고, 백그라운드 앱 새로고침을 켜 주세요. 오프라인에서 수집된 기록은 앱을 열고 인터넷에 연결되면 반영됩니다.
자동 조회 한도 — 무료는 월 30회이며, 소진 후 보상형 광고 1편당 3회(하루 1번·월 5번)를 추가로 받을 수 있습니다. SkyLog Plus는 광고 없이 월 300회입니다.
구독 해지 — App Store 또는 Google Play의 구독 설정에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다.
기기 변경 — 같은 계정(Google/Apple)으로 로그인하면 기록이 자동으로 동기화됩니다.

Footprints aren't recording automatically — Allow "Always" under Settings > Sky Log > Location and enable Background App Refresh. Offline samples are applied when you open the app with internet.
Auto-lookup limits — Free tier: 30 per month, plus 3 per rewarded ad after the free quota is used (once per day, up to five times per month). SkyLog Plus provides 300 per month without rewarded ads.
Cancel subscription — Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
New device — Sign in with the same Google/Apple account and your records sync automatically.
