발자국이 자동으로 기록되지 않아요 — 먼저 발자국 탭에서 기록을 시작하고 위치를 「항상 허용」해 주세요. iOS는 설정 > SkyLog에서 백그라운드 앱 새로고침을 확인하고, Android는 앱의 위치 권한과 필요 시 배터리 최적화 설정을 확인하세요. 오프라인에서 수집된 위치 기록은 앱을 열고 인터넷에 연결되면 반영됩니다.
Google 지도 타임라인 가져오기 — Google 지도 타임라인 JSON 파일을 선택해 과거 국가·도시별 일일 기록을 발자국으로 가져올 수 있습니다. 선택한 원본 파일은 기기에서 처리되며 SkyLog 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다. 가져온 일일 기록과 가져오기 정보는 로그인 중 동기화될 수 있습니다.
자동 조회 한도 — 무료 기본 자동 조회는 월 30회입니다. 지원되는 앱 버전에서는 보상형 광고 1편을 끝까지 시청하면 3회가 추가되며, 이용 가능 시점·일일 한도 등 세부 조건은 앱 화면을 따릅니다. SkyLog Plus는 광고 없이 월 300회입니다.
구독 해지 — App Store 또는 Google Play의 구독 설정에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다.
기기 변경 — 이전에 사용한 것과 같은 SkyLog 로그인 방식과 계정으로 로그인하고 인터넷에 연결하면 클라우드 기록이 복원됩니다. 복원이 끝나기 전에는 데이터 초기화 버튼이 잠시 비활성화될 수 있습니다.
Footprints aren't recording automatically — Start tracking in Footprints and allow location "Always." On iOS, check Background App Refresh under Settings > SkyLog. On Android, check the App's location permission and, if needed, battery optimization. Offline location records are applied when you open the App while connected to the internet.
Google Maps Timeline import — Choose a Google Maps Timeline JSON file to import past country and city day records into Footprints. The original file is processed on your device and is not uploaded to SkyLog servers. Imported daily records and import metadata may sync while you are signed in.
Auto-lookup limits — Free users receive 30 base auto-lookups per month. In supported App versions, completing one rewarded ad grants 3 additional auto-lookups; availability, timing, daily limits, and other conditions are shown in the App. SkyLog Plus provides 300 per month without rewarded ads.
Cancel subscription — Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
New device — Sign in using the same SkyLog sign-in method and account as before, then connect to the internet to restore cloud records. Data-reset controls may stay disabled until verification finishes.
Google マップのタイムラインの読み込み — Google マップのタイムラインJSONファイルを選択して、過去の国・都市の日別記録を「あしあと」へ読み込めます。元のファイルは端末上で処理され、SkyLogのサーバーへアップロードされません。読み込んだ日別記録と読み込み情報は、サインイン中に同期される場合があります。
